A Resource for Applied Behavior Analysis
in Autism Spectrum, Developmental and Behavior Disorders

Our senior staff members are licensed by the Board of Medicine in Virginia as Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABAs), in addition to being Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) at the national level.  We also have Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on our staff.  We uphold exceptional staff standards and our team has broad training in the education and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum, ADHD, genetic disorders, related developmental disorders and behavior disorders, with an emphasis in school and home-based, on site consultation and clinic-based services.  We conduct parent and staff workshops on a frequent basis on a variety of topics, including assessment and intervention for problem behaviors, creating flexibility for learners with executive functioning deficits, creating independence at home and school (e.g., selective eating, toileting success, improving sleep, visual activity schedules, etc.), and addressing communication and socialization needs.  We truly enjoy partnering with parents, teachers and administrators as active “change agents” for our clients, using interventions that are solidly evidence-based.  Please contact us if you are interested in a training for your team or check our News section for upcoming events.
